Five different levels of membership, why?
I believe health, wellness, self care, should be available to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. I have created five different levels of membership to hopefully accommodate all folx, allowing those with more to pay more, and those with less to pay less, all levels offer the exact same membership experience with the exception of “supporter all access rainbow” - rainbow level also includes two 30 min private sessions or one 60 min private session as a special thank you for supporting our community so generously. I also offer the “next level mindfulness journey” this includes weekly private phone or zoom meet ups (just you and I talking mindfulness) in addition to all the classes I offer.

My yoga journey started over 20 years ago. Around 15 years ago yoga became a foundation of my life after finding the Chicago yoga community. Around five years ago yoga awakened spirituality and energy within me that I had forgotten about or didn’t even realize was a part of me. To be clear, this is not a path leading to religion - this is a journey to self discovery that will transform your body and mind. I studied under Claire Mark, Amy Owen, Quinn Kearney and Jenny Kaufman at Yogaview Chicago, earning my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. I continued my education under Kimberly Dunn and Darrell Jones at Chill Anywhere Chicago, earning my 100 hour guided meditation certification. My personal goal is to always be a student. Although I am a certified yoga teacher and guided meditation coach, I am always looking to take new workshops and courses. The more active I am in my student life, the better teacher I believe I will become. I’ll see you out there as teacher and student. Let us heal, nourish, and grow together.
